Serenity House Treatment Centre is the oldest established English-speaking 12-Step rehabilitation centre in Spain, treating alcohol, cocaine, sex, gambling and drug addictions.
The treatment centre is located in a seven bedroom, rustic cortijo set on a large plot complete with an outdoor swimming pool and a small well equipped gymnasium. We are a primary addiction treatment centre specializing in treating a wide variety of addictions, such as alcoholism, cocaine, gambling and sex addiction.
We accommodate a maximum of eight clients, this is to ensure that each client can be treated on an individual basis - starting the 12 Step programme at Step 1 on their arrival at the treatment centre, and completing the 12 Steps within their 28 day stay. The programme consists of Recovery Dynamic lectures - unique in their presentation, workshops and DVD videos. Much of the work is on a one to one basis apart from our group sessions held once a day.
Serenity House Treatment Centre is one of only two licensed Recovery Dynamic Centers in Europe and accreditation is not given lightly. The programme has an extremely high success rates compared with other programmes treating alcoholism, cocaine, gambling, sex and drug.
The rehabilitation treatment work here is intense, so we balance this out by attending recovery meetings in Seville and Marbella, having breakfast or lunch there where appropriate, making it enjoyable whilst still working our educational rehabilitation programme. Click here

Once you have successfully completed your rehabilitation programme and returned home we are still there for you. We offer a personal aftercare service after you leave the treatment centre. We are in constant contact with our clients on a daily basis after they return home and are following our recommended support system in their own country. As part of the aftercare programme, clients will follow a prescribed and personalised routine to ensure that they have all the necessary support locally to maintain their recovery.
You are not on your own!
